We take a traditional approach to preparation, slow-simmering our broths in small batches for 24 to 48 hours. This long simmering process extracts healing compounds like collagen from the marrow, while intensifying the broth’s rich flavor.

Once strained, our broths are immediately frozen to preserve their nutrient density and extend shelf life for up to 12 months—no preservatives or extra ingredients required.

Each broth is carefully crafted with additional superfoods, providing a nourishing and wholesome sipping experience with every cup.

We are committed to minimizing waste. By sourcing locally, we transform what would be discarded—bones and vegetable scraps—into a nourishing, nutrient-packed meal. We even use the skins and stems of vegetables, maximizing every part of the harvest.

To further our environmental commitment, our broths are packaged in durable, compostable paper, reducing the negative impacts of plastic storage.

HOW TO USE BONE BROTH?

THAW, STIR, POUR, HEAT & NOURISH!

  • You can sip your broth or use it for cooking!

  • Heat and Sip from a mug daily - My favourite way!

  • Place the frozen container in the fridge to thaw, this usually takes a couple days.

  • Once thawed, STIR, POUR and HEAT! Divide the fat between each portion.

  • Sip as is, or add ingredients to suit your taste! Salt, pepper, ginger.

  • Store the remaining broth in the fridge for 7-10 days.

ADD TO MEALS - COOK WITH BROTH!

  • Use bone broth as a base for your favourite soup or chili.

  • Replace water with broth for cooking rice and quinoa, or in a slow or pressure cooker

  • Use to deglaze a pan while cooking

  • Use to make sauces, dips and gravy.
